‘Walton’s Secret Water’ is a voyage of discovery, unlocking the mysteries of a wetland wilderness… the Walton Backwaters.

Through the seasons, we share the marshes, beaches and mudflats with the birds, plants and seals. We look back on a fascinating past. We talk to the artist, the boat builder, the naturalist and farmer… all working on these Essex backwaters. And we follow the much-loved Swallows and Amazons’ adventure, ‘Secret Water’, with stories about their creator, Arthur Ransome, who sailed and loved this wonderland.

The film will be launched at the November screening and will be available on DVD . Contact Producer/Director David Web on webb.springbank@btinternet.com for more details
