Movie Bus to Wivenhoe

Teaming up with the East Anglian Film Archive, the Digital Heritage Project, Moving Image, Wivenhoe and The Vintage Mobile Cinema Company, firstsite can proudly introduce a unique slice of cinema and automotive history.

The Vintage Mobile Cinema Bus is touring around Colchester and Essex showing free screenings of fascinating archive footage of twentieth-century Essex. On Sunday 6 February this wonderfully restored cinema-in-a-bus will be at the Wivenhoe Station Hotel, 27 Station Road with short free screenings which start at 11:00 All screenings are free but seating capacity is limited so please come in time or wait till the next screening (roughly every three quarters of an hour throughout the afternoon… 11:45am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 2:45pm, 3:30pm & 4:15pm ).
