Enough Said
This is the late, great James Gandolfini’s last film and also stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who has starred in some of the very best American comedy shows: Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Saturday Night Live and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus plays a divorced and single parent, Eva, who meets Albert (James Gandolfini), a sweet, funny and like-minded man, both of them facing an empty nest. As their romance quickly blossoms, Eva befriends someone who causes her to doubt her relationship with Albert. This is a sharp, insightful comedy that humorously explores the mess that often comes with getting involved again.
The critics loved the film and it won two awards from the Boston Society of Film critics in 2013: Best Supporting Actor for James Gandolfini and a Best Screenplay award for Nicole Holofcener, who also directed.
