Restarting Screenings and COVID Safety Measures

In order to minimise the risks from Covid-19, both Wivenhoe Town Council and Moving Image have carried out a risk assessment. Please take a moment to read our full Moving Image Risk Assessment.

The main points of the WTC Assessment which apply to the Loveless Hall are:

numbers limited to 30 in total at any one time until Government advice changes
toilets to be used one person at a time
kitchen closed for the time being
separate entrance and exit points
social distancing markings
cleaning after each screening
hand gel available

As cash payments are a health risk we are considering alternative arrangements for booking seats and ways to pay. Please say which of these you would prefer.
